If product arrives damaged or defective, it will be replaced if reported
to Beautyshoppe.biz Customer Service at (866) 264-5174 within 3
days of purchase. Defective curling irons and blow dryers returned
within 30 days of purchase will be exchanged for the same product.
New, unopened, unused items purchased from Beautyshoppe.biz
may be returned within 60 days of delivery, excluding shears, clippers,
trimmers and products which are holiday, seasonal, discontinued or
old packaging.
Shears, clippers and trimmers must be returned within 30 days to
ensure full credit. Problems after 30 days must go through the
manufacturer directly.(Excluding GHD)

2. Itemized list of products to be returned including quantity, description, size of each product and invoice number(s) of purchase(s).
Number of boxes the product is packaged in for the pick up.
Package items securely to avoid damage during transit.
Claims for incorrect orders must be received within 3 days from receipt of order and return fee does not apply.
